Specifics: This modular cleanroom or operation room is seamlessly designed to further reduce the risk of contamination, reduce cleaning costs and reduce downtime.

Holland Composites has developed a modular system for walls of cleanrooms / operation rooms / laboratory rooms for the client.

It is a complete operating room that complies with the Dutch standard Class 1, tested according to German standard DIN 1946-4 and falls into safety class 3. This modular cleanroom is a solution for refurbishment, relocation or a temporary capacity problem whereby the cleanroom can be placed externally – as a new building against an outer wall or in an existing room.

By using an innovative composite construction, the number of seams and sharp corners in the cleanroom has been reduced to a minimum. All interior corners are rounded off and executed in 3D, making the room easy to clean. This ensures optimum hygiene and saves considerably in the cleaning costs. Obviously, the operation room  can also be used as a cleanroom or laboratory, depending on the devices and equipment used.
