Client: Moeskops Bouwbedrijf
Location: Roosendaal, Netherlands
Year: 2015
Surface: 1500 m2
Material: Raficlad
Specifics: The composite facade / wallpanels for the Nassaukazerne in Roosendaal contain an inlay of pieces of real camouflage net and real emblems in the Raficlad wall panels as a design.
The Nassaukazerne in Roosendaal is the permanent base of the Dutch Corps of Command Troops. The composite facade wall panels are mounted on the Engelbrecht of Nassaukazerne.
At the beginning of 2015 these commandos received a new training centre built by Moeskops construction company. The building was provided with a very appropriate composite Raficlad facade cladding all around. The transparent, composite facade cladding contains camouflage netting and emblems.
The Dutch Corps of Command Forces (KCT) is the Special Forces Unit of the CLAS Land Forces Command. A characteristic of this is that it is able to operate completely independently and independently for a long period of time, without any form of operational and logistical support. Their deployment can take place by helicopter, vehicle, parachute or by foot, 24 hours a day of course and in all conceivable weather conditions.
The facade with the emblems of their corps and the camouflage netting incorporated is an absolute world first and unique: nowhere else in the world is there a facade in which this material is incorporated.
Development, production, transport and assembly by Holland Composites.
